Canceling/Rescheduling:

Late Policy:

If you arrived late by 8 minutes or more then your appointment will be automatically moved to the next available time slot if you are getting multiple services done one or more services will need to be canceled/rescheduled.

Cancelation Policy:

A minimum 24 hour notice  is required to cancel your appointment. If you cancel within a 24 hour time frame then you will be charged 50% of your service(s).

Rescheduling policy:

If you reschedule your appointment for the same day but at a different time within a 24 hour time frame there will be no penalty charge.

If you reschedule for another day within the 24 hour time frame then you will be charged 15% of your scheduled service(s).
